Improv Play pt 2
with Jordan Best
This class is for kids who love pretending, and playing with their own creative freedom (no memorizing lines or choreography unless they want to !). We will play Improv acting games and activities with the freedom to play with ideas that the class wants to run with! In the past classes have written a play and made costumes and sets to perform at the final class. Other times individual characters were created and developed and skits were performed. Class can flow in this direction or simply be theater games if desired by the students.
Ages: 6 and up

Children Just Like Me - pt 5
with Rebecca Paten
(continues class begun in Sept)
Using both editions of the book, Children Just Like Me, we will investigate the daily life of a child from different countries around the world. We will observe their country, where they live, what they eat, their food, family and activities. Food, games, crafts and activities will bring the country to life. This is open to all ages, but younger children will need a parent present. Families will be presenting appropriate food on a rotating basis.
