Minimus Secundus: Moving on in Latin. Spring Semester

with Rebecca Paten

Join us for the second book of this lively introduction to the Latin language and the culture of Roman Britian.  Students will learn basic grammar and Latin vocabulary through stories featuring a real family who lived in Roman times.  Minimus the Mouse guides students through learning their first past tense and other verb forms using comic strips and a variety of activities.

Students will need to purchase a copy of the Minimus Secundus Pupil's Book: Moving on in Latin by Barbara Bell (used copies can be purchased on Amazon) for this 24 week class.  They will have some homework each week from the text.

Parents are encouraged to participate, especially if they haven't studied Latin themselves.
